Recently renovated and absolutely great place. Air-conditioned, fairly quiet room with a clean bathroom. Variety of toast, cereals, muffins, yogurt, and hot waffles at breakfast.

It was a great hotel, I would stay here again. Fairly clean venue, truly enjoyed to be so close to a quiet area, and outskirts of town thanks to handy and decent location. The staff was helpful and extremely friendly, everything was excellent.

We booked a room with a ground-level patio, which was nice. The room amenities, including the flat-screen TV, climate control, and personal safe, were much appreciated.

The hot tub at Americas Best was a great way to relax after a long day of exploring Duluth. The temperature was perfect and it provided a nice atmosphere to unwind in. I recommend this hotel for its enjoyable amenities.
